In the New Forest, there are regular clinics with a team of professionals, including Tom Beech (the Osteopathic Vet), Fiona Pim (Dental Occlusion Specialist), Mark Bailey (Equine Podiatrist), Izzie Bailey (Saddle Fitter), Lorraine Dearnley (Equine Therapist and Nutrition) and Amanda Barton (Rehab Specialist). These clinics look at addressing the whole horse for better health.
Come and listen to Mark Bailey (DEP, MEPA) discussing laminitis (indications, causes, support etc) including sub-clinical laminitis, which maybe more common than you realise, as well as Lorraine Dearnley discussing metabolic issues in horses from a hindgut perspective and how this could relate to laminitis and other disorders.
There will be time for a Q and A session at the end from all the team.
