Combined Evening Talk with Mark Bailey (MEP) & Lorraine Dearnley (MMCP):

Low Grade Laminitis: Symptoms & Solutions for Horse and Hoof Health by Mark Bailey

General Equine Body Issues: Are You Looking at the Whole Horse? by Lorraine Dearnley

📍 The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy, Bransgore
📅 Tuesday 19th May, 6.30pm–8.30pm

Join us for an informative and thought-provoking evening exploring the many factors that can influence your horse’s comfort, posture, movement and overall wellbeing.

While obvious lameness or physical problems may be easier to recognise, many horses show far more subtle signs of discomfort that are often overlooked or misunderstood. This talk will encourage owners to look beyond isolated symptoms and consider the horse as a whole interconnected system.

Alongside a presentation and discussion on Low Grade Laminitis, hoof health and early warning signs, this presentation will focus on wider equine body issues and the important pieces of information that are frequently missed when trying to understand why a horse may not be moving, behaving or performing as expected.

This evening is designed to help horse owners develop a broader understanding of the horse’s body, recognise potential red flags earlier, and appreciate how multiple small issues can combine to create larger problems over time.

Whether you are managing a competition horse, leisure horse, retired companion or rehabilitation case, this discussion aims to provide practical insights and encourage a more complete and holistic approach to equine wellbeing.

🎟️Tickets available now £10 . Spaces are limited.

Note that any profit from this event will be donated to the Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy

In the New Forest, there are regular clinics with a team of professionals, including Tom Beech (the Osteopathic Vet), Fiona Pim (Dental Occlusion Specialist), Mark Bailey (Equine Podiatrist), and Lorraine Dearnley (Equine Therapist, Nutrition and Equine Movement Coach). These clinics look at addressing the whole horse for better health.
